Lyons Information Systems, a pioneer in providing cloud-based supply chain, quality assurance & laboratory management (LIMS) systems today announced the new release upgrade of the Lyons QMS Audit Pro System (LQAPS) platform.
This update will add visibility to the end user to indicate whether or not an audit was completed for the current week. Going forward, any incomplete items will be highlighted in red, and completed items will be highlighted in black. In the example screenshot below, you can see that aprons are complete for the week while glass towels, grey microfiber, and flat mops all still need to be audited.
In addition to this change, we will mandate locations to submit audits with non-conforming items. The intended functionality is that any non-conformance submitted also includes a corresponding image, and going forward the mobile app will function in this manner. The web (desktop) version of the software is already functioning in the same manner.
