The system streamlines the manufacturing testing process for both certified and uncertified solar laboratories. Cintas Manufacturing Co. adds significant enhancements to their Quality Audit Tracking System (CQATS), written by LIS, Inc. to manage and evaluate a greater area of their business. The seventy-four enhancements addition will allow management and staff to dig even deeper into quality assurance issues and respond quicker to opportunities to strengthen their rentals management and garments manufacturing processes. With increases in their rental site business, staff will be able to accomplish the same quality of workmanship by working smarter rather than by working harder. Significant value has been added to their quality management system by these enhancements on a system that has been in operation and growing over the past 5 years.

The attendees were able to see the application of course theory in action in the modern world. Besides being a fun experience, many good questions were discussed as a result of the presentation.

the GPM extension to the LYONS Quality Audit Tracking
System (LQATS) has been met with much excitement
and interest. Executives may observe enterprise-wide,
global real-time quality performance at each of their
manufacturing sites. Performance is graphically
viewed on a single screen and problem sites are easily
flagged. Some managers have asked, "Why
create reports? We have GPM" The
new functionality comes included in the LQATS system.
