to quality audit information tracking and reporting. LYONS’ web-based
solution offers the unique flexibility to meet your business

around the solution. The design is streamlined to afford
easy enhancements, deployment, and usability. The system
has been designed to facilitate growth and complete user
management.
A combination of dynamic graphics, dropdown lists, data grids,
and data validation makes entering and editing information
simple and intuitive. Users are prompted for information
at appropriate points in the data entry process.
Suppliers may access the LQATS database to view and retrieve
their own performance and audit information. Suppliers will
only access their information and will not be able to view
other supplier names or information. In the audit process
within LQATS, when an audit fails any number of supplier
and company staff personnel may be alerted through an email
notification.
The LQATS system will automatically manage audit failure
alerts to suppliers and staff. The feature will be configured
and
managed by company system administrators. In this way, a
supplier is immediately notified whenever supplied product
is rejected as a result of an audited product failure. |
